Mathison has been great for our family! Very helpful and friendly. We told Matt what we were looking for and what we wanted and he exceeded our expectations with this truck. The process was easy and the down payment and monthly payments are affordable. The warranty they offer is great all you have to do is keep up with your FREE oil changes and basic maintenance. Not sure how anyone can have issues unless you're not following the contract you signed or don't communicate with them. They are used vehicles so of course you're going to have to do a repair eventually... however test drive it, pop the hood and inspect the car yourself or bring someone with you who knows vehicles. Will get my business again after this truck is paid off if we are looking for another again. Oh and yes the vehicles are a bit overpriced but with your situation with your credit, income or whatever the issue is, I think it's a pretty fair price if no one else will finance for you except Mathison. 🙂 Oh and the dogs running around are always fun to pet too coming in lol

In my experience Kerri has went above and beyond for me I saw how she treated other returning customers. She was great with them. Hmmmm, where do I start? Karri, you're amazing and funny! Felt like we were friends and not salesperson and customer during my visit yesterday. The way you handled things all on your own and not stressing is commendable! You delt with the people that was already there as well as helping me and a friend's daughter all together without missing a beat. You were very courteous and joking at the same time and I probably would have been flustered in your position, but everything was handled well and you gave great advice on which direction to go for better test driving. I also appreciate how you handled the paperwork. Previous dealerships that I've been to would be having me in for 4+ hours. Also giving Matt & Paul a shout out for setting everything up for me to get a vehicle!

If I could rate this a 0 I would! Horrible. I did my pre approval online, submitted all my documents and go in to the store. They had one person working. Granted it was 45 mins to close. Would have liked to give them my repeat business because the first time was great. This time was just a joke. The one person who was working stated we needed an appointment to be helped.. never knew that you can’t go give people money to buy something. Oh well. Maybe should staff better.

I’m only 22 and I really don’t know much about car sales, to be honest it can be really scary when you don’t know if you’re gunna be taken advantage of. But the people at Mathison were so polite and fun to work with, I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else anytime soon! Carrie is awesome and so is everyone else! Definitely a good place to buy a car.

This place is a scam for your money. First every car is priced $3-6k over MSRP and don't tell you about the car and where it's come from. Bought a car had a previous accident but didn't tell me or show me in the car fax so the front end was mismatched on top of a red hood painted grey over the top but not the under side to match. Second the way they finance you isn't worth it. They get people with bad credit on biweekly payments which screws everything up on pay periods. Third but not last the employees for both sides are way to pushy and rude. They also dont understand accidents and payouts. They don't work with your insurance company either. If you have bad credit highly recommend carhop or Jeff blazers Chevy. Way better cars, salesmen, and vehicle's arent marked up 10% over MSRP. This was my first and last experience.
